Hello, my name is Brianna M. Becraft. I am a Michigan licensed attorney and for nearly a decade I have been working in the legal field. I have experience as in-house counsel, I've prepared criminal dockets, and currently work in trust/estate administration, corporate law, and litigation matters. I’m a graduate of The University of Toledo College of Law where I served on Law Review, and upon graduation was inducted as member in The Order of The Coif.
I know what it's like to work under the constant pressure of demanding clients and overwhelming caseloads. My personal struggles with work-induced anxiety, depression, and a slew of health issues led me to seek out answers for how to maintain high-performance while optimizing my health. So I devoted myself to the study of nervous system regulation, re-wiring neural pathways, and practical spirituality with even greater rigor than I had applied to my study of law.
I learned mindfulness techniques from some of the world's most respected sources. I read countless books, attended conferences around the country, and listened to nearly non-stop podcasts by premier mental health and neuroscience experts. I even became a certified Life Coach through MindValley.
Today, I provide the lawyers I serve with life-changing results in a fraction of the time it took me to acquire them.
